Return & Exchange Policy

• Unused jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery with the original bill and tags.
• Gold and silver are exchanged at 100% of the metal value at the current rate; making charges are not refundable.
• Custom-made / personalised pieces are not returnable.
• Artificial jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and undamaged.
• For damaged-in-transit items, send photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
